Excellent service support.

The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.

Softener warranty issue

Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.

Dom arrived on time was very polite and got on with the service I had book very knowledgeable working very cleanly did his tests all ok after his work thank you Dom

Quick and efficient

Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Why aren’t more companies like this

Why aren’t more companies like this. Richard the service engineer was great. He fixed my softener and gave me options of what was possible. My softener is 18 years old. And has proved very reliable. Thanks

Richard was great

Richard was great. We were booked in for a later date and he got in touch with us after a cancellation and was able to fit us in quickly. He was really polite and explained what our issue was. He fixed it promptly and all is working well!

Repair

Richard excellent at his work, efficient, tidy and with some good advice. Couldn't really say the same for the customer service tho', after having taken the payment I then had to wait nearly two months for Richard, (who was excellent ) to arrive and repair the unit.

Water softener was clearly not working…

Water softener was clearly not working properly as it wasn't using salt. Telephoned Monarch Water to arrange an engineer visit. Ian duly arrived as expected and sorted out the issue in a professional manner. Would certainly recommend.

Good, efficient service.

I was told to expect the engineer between 8-9 am and Richard arrived bang on 8. He was polite and tidy and carried out the service on our water softener quickly and efficiently.
