Excellent service support.

The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.

Softener warranty issue

Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.

Quick and efficient

Dom turned up on time and diagnosed/replaced the faulty valve quickly. System back up and running in less than 15 minutes.

Impressed with the excellent service…

Impressed with the excellent service received from Monarch. Ian quickly identified the fault with our softener, explained the problem and the probable cause. He was efficient and very methodical in fixing the problem, and then making sure everything was checked, cleaned and fully working as it should be. Excellent service!

Good experience

I contacted Monarch for routine maintenance of the machine. Right from Maria who was very efficient on the phone and booking the job in through to Richard, the engineer - very professional. Richard was on time, neat, explained what he did and offered advice on looking after the softner.
