The water softener has been installed for 10 months. During that time there have been a couple of separate issues regarding it's operation reducing the softening quality. On both occasions Monarch have been very supportive and on both occasion have rectified the issue effectively with minimal fuss. Overall the unit is excellent and so is the service that I have received from Monarch.
Dom fixed the issue with my softener and gave a full explanation of what had caused the problem. Very happy with the service from Monarch, I highly recommend using this company.

Recently had a visit from Dave W at Monarch, due to a fault with a softener. Dave was as extremely efficient and informative with his diagnosis. Gave me some good advice for upkeep and getting most from our softener. Great service!
Richard L came to fix my softener that had started to collect water in the brine tank. Richard was very knowledgeable, friendly and completed the job professionally.

His expertise and product knowledge was 2nd to none.
He found several minor faults with the machine and managed to fix them all. Dave also gave me lots of tips on how to best run the water softener appliance.
He also knew a new local place where to buy sold from.
All in all, a five star experience.

Today was the first visit weβd had in the 5 years since having a Monarch softener. If I have to have another visit at any point (and I hope I donβt) Dave was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I would have no qualms about recommending Monarch based on the service I received today, especially having just moved house 5 weeks ago. Thank you Dave and Monarch!!
Dave W came to repair our water softener. Unfortunately, the resin was blown so he offered the option of replacing either the resin or the whole softener. As the old softener was more than 10 years old, we opted for a new unit. He actioned the replacement quickly and efficiently. Whilst here he noticed a small leak on our water filter which he quickly repaired.
Engineer was great. Changed a part of the softener as still under warranty.
Only downside is you have to pay for the repair/visit before they come out.
Better way would be for the engineers to have portable card machines?
