Moja came up as the lowest price on a compare site so I went with them, however there was a technical issue at the point of payment. Which meant the money went but it didn’t attach to a policy. Moja don’t have a general contact us phone line but the message service worked really well. The guys were super helpful and provided 7 days insurance while the money was refunded so I could purchase again. They also honoured the price too. Every dealing with moja has been speedy, polite and helpful.

It was a straightforward online process.

Need my documents, they’re not in my account. I was then told there was 2 policies and to cancel one. I was unable to do this as there was no policies on my account. You told me you would sort it, I still haven’t heard anything, had to contact again. Unsure if I’m covered for when my old policy ends. Can’t get in touch with anyone other than over email and you’re not quick to respond

I could change my car registration with no problem. I tried to change, I for not deliver for a job anymore and it wouldn't let me. I went on the chat and they couldn't change it. The chat said go through and get another quote. I think this is not exceptable as everything should be able to be changed. I might get a cheaper quote!

I'm going to try and be kind as I know that they're relatively new. Received a competitve quote and proceeded to pay. Payment went through fine on my credit card but no acknowledgement by Moja. Checked with CC provider....said they could see the unclaimed payment and no problem at their end. Logged on to Moja account and sent a message explaining the problem. Received a request, two days later, for details of my car, name, etc. My message was sent from within my logged on account, which contained the quote and all my details! I sent another message...the same response. A shame as I was keen to switch to an online provider and save some cash.

Be careful. Moja have insured myself for the past 2 years but I had an email this morning informing me that they can no longer renew for my car. I thought this was odd but went to print out my NCB certificate. I've always paid for protected NCB yet in 2023 I had a chip on the windscreen. I used my insurance to get it fixed on the understanding that it would not affect my NCB. Unfortunately, it's on there despite reassurances that it would not be at the time. Very disappointed with the service. Honesty goes a long way.

I was just about to pay for a new car insurance policy with Moja but had a question and wanted clarity. Phone lines are for claims only. Only web chat was not working and this was confirmed by a member of the claims team that was barely willing to get me to the right place. I had already had two of my phone calls hung up by this point. In a nut shell I couldn't wait for a 24 hour email response as I needed cover in place the next day. Im glad i didn't go ahead with this policy based on the customer service. I'm sure I've saved myself headache should I have needed them during a policy.
