Need my documents, they’re not in my account. I was then told there was 2 policies and to cancel one. I was unable to do this as there was no policies on my account. You told me you would sort it, I still haven’t heard anything, had to contact again. Unsure if I’m covered for when my old policy ends. Can’t get in touch with anyone other than over email and you’re not quick to respond
