I put in 0 years no claims without realising insurance companies only take 5 years off. I put in an additional 3 years no claims and the premium went up £212. Anyway that was last week and still to get refund. Charge back coming tomorrow, scabby company. Eob 28/8/25, I'll initiate chargeback as you've had now a week

I done an on line quote, the car i wanted to buy was approx £40 more to insure that my current car for the year but moja charged me almost £200 to change mid policy. What a rip off!

Very poor and not inspiring me with confidence so far. A couple of days after policy start date they accepted my NCD then a couple of days after they don’t. One person tells me one thing then someone else says something different. Won’t be renewing in a years time for sure
