No Human Support = Lost Business
I was just about to pay for a new car insurance policy with Moja but had a question and wanted clarity. Phone lines are for claims only. Only web chat was not working and this was confirmed by a member of the claims team that was barely willing to get me to the right place. I had already had two of my phone calls hung up by this point. In a nut shell I couldn't wait for a 24 hour email response as I needed cover in place the next day. Im glad i didn't go ahead with this policy based on the customer service. I'm sure I've saved myself headache should I have needed them during a policy.
