Be careful

Be careful. Moja have insured myself for the past 2 years but I had an email this morning informing me that they can no longer renew for my car. I thought this was odd but went to print out my NCB certificate. I've always paid for protected NCB yet in 2023 I had a chip on the windscreen. I used my insurance to get it fixed on the understanding that it would not affect my NCB. Unfortunately, it's on there despite reassurances that it would not be at the time. Very disappointed with the service. Honesty goes a long way.

Smooth sailing.

We recently used Ruth as our estate agent for buying a property near to Pontefract. She couldn't have been easier to work with. The online portal she created was an easy and quick way to upload documents and get our application approved. She sourced us a very reasonable solicitor (we are currently living in the other end of the country), a surveyor and was always on hand if we needed her. Great service all round.
