Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

It's always a 5* experience
I have to say it's always a 5* experience with mobile phones direct. You have the best phones at the best prices and always the best deals. It's my 3rd cycle with you now getting 2 yr contracts and you hands down best the providers. I was a little surprised at the narrowing down of phone selection to more western models. I was considering a honour foldable phone but the pixel XL was just as good with what I needed. There was a delay on delivery but that was DPD and nothing to do with yourselves as it was dispatched as promised and I got the notifications. The delay was just DPD warehouse closer to home. Super made up again highly recommended anyone who's thinking of getting a phone look here. Mum, partner and myself all get our contracts from them.

Terrible phone experience
I ordered a phone from here and was informed that after two failed delivery attempts my item had been returned to them. This was in the space of less then one week, and I had not been contacted about any of this? Cancelled my order, and will avoid in future. Such a waste of time!

Upgrade processed incorrectly leading to absolute nightmare.
I ordered my phone as an upgrade, however it was not processed as an upgrade and a new contract with a new number was taken out. I spoke to O2, who couldn't help me because the contract was taken out on the new number and my number, that I wanted to keep, could not be transferred to the new contract. I had to send my new phone back, which was the simplest thing to do out of the whole process, thankfully. However, due to the phone from Mobile Phones Direct being a new contract, I was prevented from upgrading by O2. I spent 2 hours on the phone to O2 attempting to sort out the problem. I now have a new contract with EE who allowed me to move my number to them instead. Frankly the whole thing was a nightmare and I've had to leave O2 after being with them for 15 years. I won't be risking the same thing happening again, so I won't be using Mobile Phones Direct again, nor will I recommend it to my friends.

Upgrade smoother process.
Easy to navigate through website, looking for deals. Displayed easily to understand. Order straight forward and delivered the next day. The update received at each stage (background checks etc) was fantastic. Will upgrade this way next time.
