Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

Lovely staff who bent over backwards to…

Lovely staff who bent over backwards to help. However there was a delay due to running out of sim cards then handsets which was a strategic problem- nothing the staff could do. We got the phones but about a week later.....not next day

Everything went without a hitch except…

Everything went without a hitch except keeping my number! Using the PAC code didn't work due to it being an "internal migration" within O2. Had to get very helpful assistance in O2 shop.

Not a happy customer advisor keiran…

Not a happy customer advisor keiran rushed the information I had to tell him to slow down as I couldn't understand him. I was told my pac number went through ok to find out after calling mobiles direct that it hadn't been accepted & to contact 02 who would sort this out for me I will not be able to use the new phone until Monday when my original phone number will be transferred so will now owe more money now to my previous provider as I am being charged until the pac is accepted & my number is changed

Fake apple air pods

Order was dispatched fast however the apple air pods that came with phone were actually fake, they was checked in an apple store. I find this highly disgusting

Never had a bad experience before but…

Never had a bad experience before but it's been really poor this time. I ordered a new phone and it was dispatched just over a week later. DPD sent me a messaged saying it was delayed and it stayed that way for 3 days. I called MPD and they said there was an issue with the delivery van they'd need to resend the phone. That was 2 weeks ago. My phone still hasn't been dispatched as they're now out of stock and it could be up to a month before they have more. I ordered in November and it's looking like it won't arrive until January.
