Not a happy customer advisor keiran…
Not a happy customer advisor keiran rushed the information I had to tell him to slow down as I couldn't understand him. I was told my pac number went through ok to find out after calling mobiles direct that it hadn't been accepted & to contact 02 who would sort this out for me I will not be able to use the new phone until Monday when my original phone number will be transferred so will now owe more money now to my previous provider as I am being charged until the pac is accepted & my number is changed
