Stolen phone
My phone was delivered to the wrong address. When it was recovered and redelivered the phone wasn't in the package. When you sent a replacement I couldn't migrate my number as the original sim was stolen with the phone, it's still not working properly, I can only make calls but not receive any. I don't seem to be able to get any help from mobile phones direct or O2, I feel like I'm going round in circles. So I have a phone that nobody can get hold of me on, this is a big problem as my wife has terminal cancer and needs be able to contact me at all times. I've had to buy a temporary sim to get me over this problem.
