A very bad experience
I purchased a brand new iPhone 15. The phone arrived. I started the set up and the phone froze and became too hot to touch. I contacted mobile phones direct and was given no real help. Even though I had only had the phone for 14 hours I was told I would need to take it to an Apple Store even though I explained it was 40 miles away and would take over an hour. I was told if I returned the phone they would send it off and have it analysed leaving me with no phone. I asked countless times for a new phone to be sent out and said I would give the faulty phone to the delivery driver. They would not even consider this. My partner took the phone to the Apple Store for me and they were absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated and couldn’t believe I was not given a new phone. It was a software issue which was common with the first batch of iPhone 15’s so they said my phone had been sat in a shelf for almost a year !! I will not use mobile phones direct again and do not recommend them at all.
