Also je twijfelt over het boeken vandit hotel, do het dan vooral niet! Personeel is onaardig en onbehulpzaam, vanaf het moment van inchecken tot uitchecken is iedereen chagrijnig l, helpen ze je niet en zoiets als klantvriendelijkheid bestaat binnen dit hotel niet. Het krijgen van een antwoord op elke simpele of moeilijke vraag is moeilijker dan een kruisverhoor. Je wordt ofwel doelloos aangestaard of krijgt het antwoord weet ik niet. Als je vriendelijkheid of behulpzaamheid van de medewerkers verwacht zou ik het elders bij een ander hotel zoeken, in dit hotel hebben ze daar nog niet van gehoord. Muv: Jannice de agua gym docent, Yodi de buggybestuurder en het meisje met krullen aan de poolbar. Die drie zijn de enige goede medewerkers. Daarnaast zijn ze overal understaffed en zijn er altijd lange rijen. Vaak houdt het personeel een praatje met elkaar ipv jou te helpen. Het hotel is zeker geen 5 sterren waard. Het concept kruisbesmetting is dit hotel onbekend. Alles (vlees, vis, groenten) wordt op dezelfde bakplaat gebakken. Op mijn braag of de pasta vegetarisch is kreeg ik letterlijk het antwoord; “ja, het is vegetarisch er zit alleen bacon in”. Het buffet is elke dag min of meer hetzelfde. De salades en gesneden fruit zijn niet vers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Mis-sold, Unsafe, and Completely Deceptive We booked this holiday expecting a five-star, ultra-exclusive, all-inclusive escape as sold by Mitsi. What we arrived to was genuinely one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. We left after six nights of a planned 14-night stay — and even that felt too long. This place is not even close to five-star. In fact, I’d struggle to call it three-star. The level of neglect, filth, and misrepresentation is astounding. What you need to know: ZERO RESOLUTION FROM MANAGEMENT Firstly, we spoke to management — but no solution or rectification was made. We were offered the completely useless suggestion of “speaking to the chef”, with the ridiculous suggestion he would cook for us separately - if you saw the “buffet” you’d know how ridiculous this is! We were also promised beach towels would be delivered to our room, which never materialised we didn’t check out until 24 hours later: It felt like they were just trying to pacify complaints without any intention of actually resolving anything. FILTHY & UNHYGIENIC: Pools covered in algae, filthy cushions, and communal areas that haven’t been deep-cleaned in what feels like years. Flies constantly swarm the buffet food, which is left uncovered. Dining tables go uncleared or when they are a school canteen trolley trundled around scrapping plates at tables — genuinely disgusting. The room staff do their best to keep the old tired 80s room clean but leave bags off rubbish and laundry at the door to every apartment “block” FOOD IS INEDIBLE: Easily the worst food I’ve ever experienced at any hotel — let alone one calling itself “luxury.” • Raw baked beans served to my daughter. • A burnt omelette (there was fire as he cooked and I’ve never seen so much oil used. that tasted of smoke and nothing else. • Prawns with black bits looked badand completely inedible (in their al a carte restaurant) • The only passable food was pizza at the beach bar. I could go on but what’s the point!! I’m 21 weeks pregnant and ended up skipping meals out of concern for my health. My four-year-old daughter lived on fruit and cucumber, there was no child’s buffet as you would expect from — not ideal on what’s meant to be a relaxing family holiday. the buffet restaurant is like something from 70s it’s hideous! DRINKS ARE A JOKE: Low-quality, non- branded watered-down spirits served in old gross plastic cups. No drink service to sunbeds — unlike every other five-star resort I’ve stayed at. You have to queue at the pool bar every time for 20 mins , and even then, the drinks are undrinkable. TOWEL CHAOS & SUNBED MADNESS For beach and pool towels you’re told to trek to the beach to collect them, only to be told there are none left every afternoon we went. We were promised towels would be brought to the room — they never arrived! we had a whole last day they could have been delivered (promised at lunch time and we didn’t check out to the following day at 2pm) . As for sunbeds? You need to be up at 7am latest to claim one. People lay towels down and disappear for hours, and staff do nothing to manage it. SEWAGE SMELLS & DATED DECOR: The smell of sewage hits you in several parts of the resort. The interiors look like a tired, gloomy from the 1980s - with the exception of the al a carte restaurant. Absolutely nothing “luxury” about it. UNTRAINED & DISENGAGED STAFF: Aside from one lovely staff member in the al a carte restaurant (Giorges), staff were either cold, indifferent or actively rude. Service is sloppy and inconsistent. We also had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on our door — and staff entered anyway. A total violation of privacy. ACCOMMODATION MIS-SOLD: We booked a sea-view bungalow and were put in a standard apartment block overlooking air-con units. What we got looked nothing like the booking images.the hotel have said that’s the accommodation well someone should explain to them going up stairs does not a bungalow make. This hotel is deleting bad reviews.They have had mine deleted from Trip advisor - it explains the suspicious number of glowing five-star reviews. Don’t be fooled — the reality is nothing like what’s being portrayed online. The fact that they are selling this as a premium experience is frankly outrageous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It is mis-sold, mismanaged, and misleading on every front. I am now in another hotel and loving it- I will review that after the week here!

Very disappointing

Very disappointing – Not worth the money, not true Mitsis standard We are a family of two adults and two children who booked a 14-night stay at the Mitsis Hotel from July 3rd to July 17th. We chose this hotel specifically because we wanted a comfortable stay with a private pool. We paid around €10,000 just for the hotel, excluding flights, so we expected high standards. When we arrived, everything seemed fine. We were told to wait for our room and were given black wristbands that were supposed to indicate we were “VIP guests.” However, this VIP status means absolutely nothing here – we haven’t experienced any benefits from it at all, and there seems to be no point in even having it. Once we got to our room, we were deeply disappointed. It was nothing like the pictures – much smaller, barely enough space to move around the bed. It did not match what we were sold online. We immediately raised the issue via email and at the reception. We were promised they would “look into it within a few days,” but nothing happened. When we followed up, the staff couldn’t even remember us and referred us back to email – which we still haven’t received a reply to. The food is disappointing and limited in variety. Our children struggled to find anything they wanted to eat, so we had to dine outside the hotel most evenings. The à la carte restaurants on-site are fully booked – we’ve now been here for over a week and still haven’t been able to get a table. Service is generally poor. Only 2–3 staff members have been friendly – the rest seem indifferent or even annoyed. The minibar is only restocked every second day, and you only receive one bottle of wine upon arrival, which is laughable given the cost of the stay. We also weren’t allowed to get a bottle of water when leaving the hotel for a drive. We have stayed at three other Mitsis hotels, and none of them were like this. This one feels like a 3-star hotel trying to act like a 5-star, and it’s absolutely not worth the money. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with even moderate expectations. It has been a major disappointment and has taken away from what was supposed to be a relaxing and luxurious family holiday. After posting this review, I was contacted by the hotel’s general manager. He explained that this Mitsis property is not part of the “Selected” line, which is why the standard here is different from what we’ve previously experienced at other Mitsis hotels. He kindly offered to help us book the à la carte restaurants for the rest of our stay, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, he couldn’t offer a larger or renovated room as there were none available. He also apologized for the unhelpful attitude we experienced at reception and said he would address it internally. The hotel is in a beautiful location with a lovely view – it’s just a shame that we couldn’t get help earlier and had to post a negative review to be taken seriously.

Mitsis Bali Paradise

Mitsis Bali Paradise, Bali, Kreta: Personale i reception, bar og på restaurant er helt i top. De er hjælpsomme og søde. Menuen er varieret og af god kvalitet - og restauranten er ren og pæn, hele tiden. Der er ofte for lang ventetid/kø, til baren og der er alt for få solsenge i poolområdet. De franske guider er forholdsvis uudholdelige - og gør poolområdet svært at nyde. De larmer, råber, synger, spiller musik med tung bas, afholder spontane karaoke-koncerter med dem selv i centrum - og mangler tydeligvis helt basale manerer samt dannelse. Ganske belastende.

Dejligt hotel

6 dejlige restauranter samt buffet, mange lækre drinks der bliver lavet fra bunden af. På værelset er der morgenkåbe og tøfler køleskabet bliver fyldt op hver dag på badeværelset var der hårprodukter og cremer. Gratis solvognen på stranden. Meget søde og smilende som venlig personale. virkelig et dejligt hotel som varmt anbefales og vi helt sikkert vil besøge igen.

the best holiday hotel i’ve ever been on , all the staff are so pleasant , the hotel is beautiful , the staff are honestly amazing especiallyKiki , Thodoris, Basilis, Georgia the night time bar staff at the rhodes hotel , i want to say an extra thank you to them for making our experience much more pleasurable. definitely book with them you won’t regret it !!

Blue Domes

Blue Domes. Food selection, room service and entertainment and poolside waiters are superb. Sadly dining including Italian restaurants service is horrendous. It is table service albeit it all inclusive you need to get served at your dining or bar table. Sadly this is difficult and the service is so poor all night you have been treated well if served twice. The team in the restaurant do not smile and are also run off their feet again getting a refill is near impossible. Would I recommend yes. Hoping the feedback helps improve the service

Mitsis Blue Domes a fantastic holiday

Mitsis Blue Domes, Kos. We were originally booked into Mitsis family beach hotel, but just 2 days before our trip we were informed that due to a technical problem we were to be upgraded to Blue Domes. We had a fantastic holiday, everything went perfectly from our booking in, to our final day. Difficult to comment without feeling like an unpaid advert for Broadway but anyway here goes. The room (111) was perfect overlooking the complex with a sea view. It had everything we required. We have only had such good food on a buffet once before, all the meals had loads of very tasty varied choices, we can only give our compliments to the Chefs. The specialty restaurants we used were of a very high standard and made you feel really special. All of the reception staff could not have been more helpful, each one great in their own way, impossible to chose a "best person". Our main waiter who my wife thinks was named "Enaldo" and I think "Renaldo", seemed to anticipate our every need, he was quick, pleasant and efficient. The buggy driver who took us to our room and drove us around at times, gave his name as George was such a very friendly pleasant guy, the other drivers were also nice but we did not get their names. The cleaners were quick, efficient and again very pleasant. Every staff member we had dealing with were efficient, pleasant and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, a special mention to the Bar staff and the guy who ran the American grab and go our favourite afternoon stack place. We hired a car at the Hotel for the day which was a little expensive but was fully insured, again it just worked out exactly as we wanted. We also had a day trip to a volcanic island from the Hotel a great day out and our only meal away from the Hotel. The Hotel complex was clean, well laid out and stylishly decorated and appeared to run seamlessly, if one very minor negative comment was the lack of W/C on the restaurant/reception level, not a problem but would have been convenient. The weather started a little cool, but improved with out getting too hot, if like us you prefer temp around 20 to 25 degs, this is the best time of the year. All in all, this holiday has managed to equal our holiday in Egypt which we thought could not be done. Thank you Mitsis Blue Domes for a wonderful holiday.

Just stayed in Mitsis Norida beach Kos. Beautiful resort lots of hard working staff. If you book anything in cash GET A RECEIPT! I paid for a 3 island cruise in cash at reception. On day of cruise they called me off the coach asking for payment, obviously I told them I had paid. I was questioned 3 times about it over a few days. I had booked late checkout through concierge on app which you have to pay on final day, it does not state if available. When I went to pay they said we couldn’t have it and we had to go and pack our things in few minutes and leave room as we were going on a last day trip. Don’t know a sort of revenge for payment problem. I paid for 3 trips and only was given 1 receipt. As I said the resort is beautiful and has a lot of hard working lovely staff. This event spoiled our stay we felt reception staff were different with us after event

Summer Palace, Kos

Just back from a stay at Summer Palace, Kos. Cannot praise the staff enough, especially Billy, whose poolside service throughout our stay was exceptional. Although it isn't an adult only resort, probably isn't suitable for children as they only have the infinity pools and an indoor pool without any slides etc. that tend to entertain families. Also if you are looking for lively nightlife, this isn't the place for you. Personally, this is exactly what we look for when we go away. However, Kardmeina Town is just a €12 taxi ride away - reception are very helpful in calling taxis on your behalf. There are a wide choice of bars, shops & restaurants there if you want a night out. We found an amazing traditional restaurant just a short walk from the taxi rank - Avli's. Can't recommend it enough! We stayed in one of the original, more traditionally Greek rooms with an ocean view. Again, we preferred these rooms rather than the newer contemporary rooms. We will definitely be returning here as this is honestly the place we have loved being at every second of our stay.

Mitsis Rodos Village Beach Hotel & Spa

We stayed at the Mitsis Rodos Village Beach Hotel & Spa in Kiotari. There were both pros and cons to our stay. The pros being that the hotel was designed lovely and the cleanliness was at a high standard. Our room was cleaned to an excellent standard daily and our mini bar restocked every other day. As well as this, the private beach was gorgeous and was only a very short distanced walk. All the staff were lovely at the beach bar and pizza oven, always smiling and provided very quick service! The water sports nearby was great, we loved every minute of them! Our favourite place from the whole stay was by far the Crêperie, one staff member in particular (Makis) was amazing, he always made us feel so welcome and made the most amazing crepes! Also, the staff at the cocktail bar made lovely drinks and were very kind to us, however the queues to both bars were long most of the time and you could be waiting a good while. They could do with more staff working at the bar or another bar in general, as we heard many complaining about this! One of the main downsides to our stay was that certain staff members wasn’t very friendly or approachable. We felt awkward at times and was made to feel very out of place. We was almost offended in a way, and got the impression younger couple weren’t as respected. Overall the value for money was more than fair, just a few changes would make a massive difference to the hotel. We just want younger people to be aware of this.

I stay at mitsis grand Hotel rhodes the rooms are out dated wall paper peeling the room we had was out back had bars and clubs never got a good night sleep hotel had a power surge no back up power for a couple of hours which was wrong I complained to love holidays never got a response so would be using that holiday company
