I switched to Mint Mobile about 9 months ago. Switching was a nightmare, and I had to buy a new phone, after Mint Mobile could not get my Galaxy A23 transfered. That meant I had no service for two weeks. Once switched, service was fine until Hurricane Helene, then no service for 1.5 weeks... but that was true for all providers in this area. Yesterday, I suddenly had no service again. I tried logging in but since I could not remember the password, they sent an verification code to my phone, which has no service. The person on their help line, after wasting my time going through each installation step ( useless since the phone has been in service for 9 months), finally checked and told me my SIM card had been " purged". They then charged me $10.00 shipping to send a new SIM card, which will come in a week, so again, no service for the week leading up to Christmas, when shipping becomes unreliable. I highly do not recommend.
