How dare I do that! Worst company ever.
The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen.
I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it.
Im tired of getting danced around.
I want my money back.
I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option
There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally
I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.
Service is very economical and mostly reliable, having experienced no service only once in my travels. I would like to be able to see detail regarding phone usage to enable me to track. Basically only get total amount of GB remaining which zeroes out each month with no historical data.
I have referred the service to family and friends.
I am so pleased with the customer service. They answer the phone very quickly, provide knowledgeable answers and even volunteer ways for me to save money when I wasn't even asking about that.
It was fine. The mint mobile customer service agent (human) was super helpful. The foxbot is cute and also helpful. I simply needed the other carrier because a family member was there and made me an offer I had to try out.
We. Have a family plan. I tried all three at the 5 GB per month. It seemed to be working except for me. I got over five and I got a nice reminder that I might want to upgrade. I did.
I first tried to upgrade on the app and I thought I had accomplished it but found out that it was going to change my plan at the end of my current plan. I tried to use the fox chatbot, but that did not allow me to successfully upgrade immediately. It did offer me a live person and after a tolerable wait I spoke to a real life human being. Then we got it done. Overall mint is where it's at.
The reason for the three stars is because I live in the city and I only ever have one to two bars of service
And when I travel about 40 minutes away, I have no service and thatβs further into the wooded area
