It was my partners 40th Birthday and I ordered from yourselves 6 days before so I could give him his present, 10 days later and despite having 5 notifications to say it's out for delivery I am yet to receive parcel.Won't be ordering again

Fantastic customer service
I received my product which was unfortunately broken on arrival (these things happen during transit) I emailed Menkind to inform them and I had a response the very next morning advising me that there has been a replacement sent out to me and apologising for the inconvenience. I received my replacement the very next day. WOW what customer service. The mark of a company with good customer service can always be measured by the response when there is an issue and the customer service I received from this company was top quality. I will be using this company lots more going forward and would definitely recommend. Also the glass I purchased is awesome, good value for money and nicely boxed to make a lovely gift.
