It was my partners 40th Birthday and I ordered from yourselves 6 days before so I could give him his present, 10 days later and despite having 5 notifications to say it's out for delivery I am yet to receive parcel.Won't be ordering again

Didn't arrive on time
Ordered a personalised item for Christmas for my son. It never arrived, and when I emailed to find out when it would be sent off, I was told that they hadn't even processed the order. It was sent out in the end, but far too late considering it was a gift. It has put me off ordering in future.

Delivery was good, not much else
The process of ordering the massage mat was a little long winded as I navigated away from the page and though menkind specifically emailed me urging me to complete my order, the whole thing had been deleted and I started from scratch. Delivery was fine. The product itself is a massive let down and not what we had been hoping for at all. Would not recommend
