It was my partners 40th Birthday and I ordered from yourselves 6 days before so I could give him his present, 10 days later and despite having 5 notifications to say it's out for delivery I am yet to receive parcel.Won't be ordering again

Long dispatch time
Ordered items for a birthday and they promised 2-4 days delivery excluding weekends which was fine. I ordered on a Saturday and still no sign of dispatch by the Thursday. I contacted them via online form as there is now way of speaking to anyone and never got a response. As a result the only way I could get hold of them was by instant chat. They claimed they never received my correspondence and had no compassion whatsoever they just said it had been posted. Within a couple of minutes of coming off instant chat, I had a message to say that my order had been dispatched. I feel like I’d been forgotten about and got no apology. I was very tempted to cancel my whole order but I did want the gifts. It’s made me think twice about ordering again.
