Overall a satisfactory experience
There was some confusion at the payment stage, relating to Klarna, and my payment was taken twice. However, I received a polite apology by email from Klarna explaining that there had been a technical problem. The money was repaid to my account within three days. Otherwise the transaction was satisfactory and the item was delivered. Unfortunately the parcel was left on the doorstep as the carrier hastened away without waiting for his bell/knock to be answered.
