Ordered some trousers and paid only to be refunded and told the size wasn't available a day later. This literally happened to me 4 times in a row with different products. Don't allow purchases if you don't have the stock.

The Alpinestars boots I ordered were out of stock. But was offered an upgrade to the latest model that cost Β£50 more ! Great customer services. Will definitely use again.

Top Gear.
Bought 2 piece leathers, 3 helmets (!), 2 pairs of gloves. All purchased at the shop so don't know about on-line sales. Very helpful staff and no pressure to buy. Good discount without having to ask! Exchanged an item with no quibble. Loads of stuff in loads of sizes. Easy to get to and easy to park. If Carlsberg sold motorcycle gear.....

We've used this company for a few years now. Never shopped online... only in person in the Swindon shop. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and their prices are competitive. Had reason to return a crash helmet which needed replacement parts to be replaced under waranty. All sorted swiftly and painlessly. Definitely recommend.

Cheapest and quick delivery
Really happy with my bike jacket. After days and days of searching I finally found it and they were the cheapest (by a good Β£100) that I found on the internet. Ended up buying over the phone really friendly people. Thanks again!

accessible staff, fast processing
bot an Alpinestars Motegi suit and a pair of boots. Internet dealing this stuff, i had the classic questions of fit and quality. Went right thru to a staff on the phone, who competently helped out. Added boots to my order and the person i talked to (Matt) already knew my order. Ordered suit tuesday night, added boots wednesday, and was riding in my new suit/boots friday (I live in Denmark). thumps up!

The free boots seems to be a a scam my mother bought new motorbike jacket and was suppose to get free boots she got email saying they where sent and wen it arrived she received no boots, I think my mum is taking this higher.it's absolutely ridiculous
