Great until something goes wrong - appalling customer service
** Update ** After a LARGE number of emails where they didn't read my complaint/issue, I eventually managed to get a replacement order sent out. The whole experience was dreadful, but at least I am no longer out of pocket. Ordered many things without issue and happy with the quality etc Last order - all I received was a piece of cardboard wrapped in bubble wrap and ALL customer services do is send me copy/paste messages of the photo of the parcel delivered.... i.e. the outside wrapping around cardboard and bubble wrap! The size of the items I ordered and paid for is SOOOOO obviously not what was in the photo and delivered yet you cannot get hold of a human being that doesnt copy/paste a response. They have my money. I don't have my items. And there appears to be no method to get a human being to actually deal with this.
