Having previously had a bad experience with Mazuma Mobile, this time around I looked for an alternative. Having weighed up several companies I went for Meelie. Whilst their prices were a little lower than some competitors, they appeared to have largely good feedback from hundreds of people. I therefore completed the paperwork online Thursday. The following day Royal Mail collected my phone free of charge Friday. By 2pm today they confirmed they had received and inspected my phone. They stated there were no issues and were happy to pay what they indicated online. Refreshing compared with Mazuma; who with my last phone tried to knock it down Β£120! (I declined, received it back and sold it elsewhere without any hassle). Anyway itβs now 3:45pm and they have just paid me too! Super fast service and a great experience. I wonβt hesitate to use them again, and recommend to anyone.

A superb organisation to deal with. Good price given for my returned mobile, easy process very user friendly, prompt response, would heartily recommend Meelie. Will use them again when my wife's mobile is replaced.

The we buy any car of mobile phones!! Offer high then when they get the phone chip back the price, they offered Β£447 for my iPhone 14 pro that was in extremely good condition, very minor scratch on the screen, down graded it to fair-working and Β£112 less. needless to say i made these cowboys return the phone. The whole exercise has cost meelie 2 lots of tracked postage and me nothing! Avoid these guys like the plague

I got paid the same day the phone was delivered to their warehouse and I was informed throughout the process.
