At first I was offered Β£521 for a phone that is 3 months old with light wear and tear. After they recieved the device, this offer was reduced to Β£390, with pictures showing the device indeed had light wear and tear. Clearly their definition of light wear and tear is very very tight, or they simply low ball you in the hope that you will accept it rather than return the device. I have asked for the device back. The response below is nonsense - there were no deep scratches or dead pixels. I wish I was able to post pictures here so you can all judge for yourself.
