Mixed experience
Mixed experience. Sent them two phones. One was accepted and paid for quickly, and easily. The other, the one worth more, they told me had "a lot of scratches" and tried to knock a significant amount off the price. I asked for the device back and still cannot see what they consider scratches. What they sent me a picture of is just the actual finish on the back of the phone underneath the glass. Edited to add - sold the second device to a competitor company who accepted it as being in perfect condition, and paid me significantly more than Meelie's counter offer, which I think supports that there were no issues with it!

Fast and easy to sell my phone. I was offered over Β£100 more than a certain well known website to sell my phone to Meelie so it was a no brainer. Got paid the same day too! Highly recommend and I will go straight to Meelie next time I upgrade my phone.

Amazing service came to Meelie when some other company didnβt agree with the condition my iPhone 14 Pro was in. Been in an Apple case with a screen protector and they say it had light scratches on the bezels and screen even though I selected good as the condition! So they re evaluated as Pretty good weirdly and lowered the price. Anyhow waited to send it to Meelie can honestly say got the highest price within a couple of days sending it sent Friday received money Monday! Will be coming back cheers!
