Utterly abysmal service,

After nearly 2 years I’m still fighting for my permanent injury award. I have repeatedly sent medical evidence and asked specific questions. Which have either been ignored or medical evidence questioned to an extremely high standard! Then information that supports their case, is taken as truth without and medical evidence. My last reply from them in regards to my latest appeal. Was that the doctor is very experienced and they agree with there findings! It did not answer 1 question I asked. Then their response was if I disagree with the appeal to make another appeal if I had any new medical evidence. Even though they hadn’t answered my previous medical evidence!!! I have severe mental health problems, with previous self harm history, and they do not care or understand the torture they are repeatedly putting me through!!!!

I had an assessment for work back in December 2024. When it came to the call it was brief. The lady didn't really ask me much regarding my issues. The call wasn't even 10mins long, this resulted in a very short report with one suggestion which was ignored by my employer. If you being assessed for help at work etc then assessors need to be taking as much information as possible otherwise it's a waste of both parties time and money.

Was seen in good time, and did not have to wait. The Nurse Faguli was very pleasant, explained the whole process and answered my questions.

Shannon was very professional and informative throughout the entire examination.

I had a great time on the MHFA course last month with Medigold. There was a lot of information to take in and a lot of it was quite heavy, but Kim paced the sessions very well and encouraged us to take breathers away from our desks. I was in a group of about 15 people, all from different businesses, and it was lovely getting to know everyone and hearing their stories. I thought I was already quite knowledgeable about mental health, but I learned so much more. Some of the statistics Kim shared made the whole group fall silent. There’s so much I have taken from this course and am so glad that I did it.
