I felt that I didn’t have time to tell them everything that is wrong with me. Would have preferred a face to face appointment

The advisor was on time on the day of my appointment, she made sure that I was ready and comfortable before she went ahead with she went ahead with assessment. The advisor did not rush me and listened to what I had to say, she was very pleasant.

Joanne, the nurse who called me was very nice, helpful and kind. She treated me with dignity and respect. The qualities she displayed are the qualities that are sadly lacking in this world. The call was punctual and conducted in a structure and timely fashion. Joanne put me at ease. She is an asset to her company. I would recommend Medigold health to friends and colleagues alike.

The Dr was well versed and really helped me to understand the process. All of my questions were answered and I felt that the appointment felt very informative.

The appointment went well but one ommission was made regarding my wearing of a fitted FFP3 face mask which is now causing me conflict with my manager. I asked for my report to be amended but a copy of the original was sent.

The doctor listened intently and took my worries and stresses in to consideration and by giving me the time to listen and taking my worries in consideration and my ailments the appointment allowed me to go back to work on my normal previous shifts so for that I will be ever grateful thank you mr Martin newburry

Doctor Akil, put me pretty much instantly at easy. At the end he allowed me to put across my absolute desire to return to work. I thought his assessment was accurate and unbiased.

An excellent service

The nurse I spoken to was very nice and caring she ask me questions and she give me time to explain what health problems I have, she was so passionate she really made me feel at ease.

Is wery good

I was really pleased with the doctor who interviewed me and the report he produced. However, I asked for a couple of dates to be amended and this took 1 month to amend, so this has delayed my return to work interview.
