Poor assessment
I had an assessment for work back in December 2024. When it came to the call it was brief. The lady didn't really ask me much regarding my issues. The call wasn't even 10mins long, this resulted in a very short report with one suggestion which was ignored by my employer. If you being assessed for help at work etc then assessors need to be taking as much information as possible otherwise it's a waste of both parties time and money.
