Misleading and Dishonest – Reduced Offer on Immaculate iPhone

I sent Mazuma Mobile a brand new, immaculate iPhone, securely packaged in its original box and placed inside a bubble wrap padded envelope. I even took clear, timestamped photos beforehand to prove the phone’s pristine condition. Instead of receiving the full advertised price, I was told there was a “deep scratch” and the offer was reduced by £50. Mazuma then told me to make a claim with Royal Mail for damage caused in transit — a blatantly dishonest suggestion, as there is absolutely no way this kind of damage could have occurred given the secure packaging. It’s clear the phone was either damaged at their inspection facility or this is part of a wider pattern, as many other reviewers have reported similar experiences. This feels like a deliberate tactic to reduce payouts under false pretences. Blaming Royal Mail to shift responsibility is unacceptable and borders on fraudulent behaviour. I strongly advise avoiding Mazuma Mobile — they do not honour their advertised prices and their business practices are deeply questionable.

Sent iPhone 14 away and they rejected…

Sent iPhone 14 away and they rejected my offer of £265 and offered £110 as it has deep scratches. I have a photo and there are not deep scratches. £110 for an iPhone 14 is ridiculous. I am not selling for under £200, what a joke!!!!!

Dodgy company

Dodgy company I sent a phone that absolutely fitted the 'good' category and they offered £65 and then lied and said it had deep scratches on it which simply isn't true! All of a sudden it was worth £7.50! Absolute liars! The phone had no scratches when I sent it and therefore fit into the good category. Don't trust them. M9140831 The phone has a tiny dead pixel, no scratches at all. There is a slight wear line forming along the fold, tiny piece of plastic needs to be replaced around screen. All of this fit the 'good' category. All so easy to fix. I won't use these people again. Received my phone back, minus the case I sent it with and in a worse condition than I sent it in. Clearly they have damaged it! Wow, can't believe this company, so bad
