Claimed screen had damage when it…
Claimed screen had damage when it didn't. I have video and photographic evidence of the item being in excellent condition with no damage. Also of the battery health. They reduced my valuation by 20% claiming it had screen damage. I reluctantly accepted the lower price so as not to waste my time. I would gladly provide photos and videos to anyone showing the device was not damaged when posted. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company and I have had better experiences with other companies but of course it’s up to the individual to decide what they which services to use based on overall reviews . The process was very efficient, which is the only positive. I personally would not use again.

Quoted a price for an excellent condition Samsung phone £230, the phone had its original protection stickers on and kept in a hard phone case to receive an email to say they've reduced my quote to £60!! Absolute scam of a company do not use! I am now awaiting my phone to get returned to me.
