Smooth, quick, efficient experience
Recently had a very smooth and positive experience with Mazuma Mobile. Got a quote for my device, sent it, was notified upon them receiving and received full payment the same day. Very quick and efficient. Would use again.

Outstanding in every way.
Every step of the process was outstanding. The initial contact with Mazuma was easy and I received clear instructions that I had to follow. I sent my phone special delivery on Wednesday, received an email at 9.25am saying they had received it on Thursday (the following day). At 11.25am another email saying the sale had been processed. Finally at 4.41pm an email saying my payment had been made. There it was in my bank account. Communication was exceptional would certainly use again. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Highly Recommended
This was my very first time using Mazuma, I would class myself as a very sceptical person and somewhat cautious. So I decided to go ahead and sell my mobile which was in excellent mint condition. I decided to post on a next day delivery to make sure I was insured for the full cost of replacing should anything happen to it. I received an email from Mazuma the following day around 10am to inform me my mobile had been received safely and it would then move to their technical stage to be checked. I received another email about two hours later informing me that the phone had been tested and passed for payment and I would now receive a further email later in the day to inform me when payment had been processed, sure enough I received an email telling me the money had been sent to my bank. The money was in my account in full by 5pm. WOW I am over the moon with the service from start to finish it was seamless, I cannot recommend Mazuma highly enough and if I should ever have occasion to sell another mobile I will not hesitate for one moment to use Mazuma. Thank you so much to all your team and the superb communication. First class
