Unprofessional conduct
I was offered online Β£350 for my iPhone 14, and I didnβt say it was excellent condition just good. Once they checked it they said there were dots on camera lens so price would drop to Β£175 !! So I asked for it back and then miraculously the offer went up to Β£250, if it was worth Β£250 then that should have been offered in the first place, sent to we buy any phone and got Β£310

Can't fault Mazuma
Still giving 5 stars even though the device was collected a day later than was originally stated (putting this down to the courier and not Mazuma) Quick, easy and simple service, no haggling, the price offered was the price I got and the money was in my account the next day. Will definitely use again.
