A good experience
I sent my phone to another company and was offered Β£5 for a functioning iPhone with 82% battery. I felt this unfair and not realistic. I then sent my phone to Mazuma and was offered what I considered to be a fair price. The money was then in my account the same day. When recycling always read the reviews before you select a company, I didnβt!

Do not sell your items to this company! I sent a perfect IPad with no faults whatsoever, initially gave me a quote of Β£405 which they have now reduced to Β£80 because there are 'black marks on the display' There was absolutely nothing wrong with it when I sent it, customer service said they can only access items in the condition they receive them in. I am now out of pocket and absolutely furious i feel like I have been completely conned. Will never use this company again.
