Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

Right from the first meeting with Dinesh from Martyn Gerard, he has been professional, empathetic and pro active. The advice he has given us has been spot on. Everyone that we have dealt with in the Winchmore Hill office has been efficient and helpful. There are many estate agents to choose from in the Winchmore Hill area, but I am so glad we chose Martyn Gerard. In the time since we decided to sell the house the whole family has developed a close relationship with the Dinesh.
