Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

Fatmir has been excellent all the way through our recent house hunt. He’s listened to what we needed and found us properties that really suited us. He’s extremely responsive over emails and incredibly efficient. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Very professional service
Very professional service from Panikos and Sophie on the Letting team when I let my flat in East Finchley. This was the first time I've done this and they kept me up to speed the whole way through. I expected a few hiccups and there were none, they achieved a good price and presented the property superbly on Rightmove. The business is backed by first rate services and back office support.

Stay away!!!
Scamming company with questionable practices, including initiating repair work without obtaining our prior agreement or consent. What's truly unsettling is that these repairs should have been covered by insurance, a fact confirmed by insurance company. MG unilaterally hired contractors, subsequently sending us the bills. To make matters worse, our repeated requests for invoices detailing the work completed have gone unanswered. Request for severer roof leak has been dragged on and on, still no update or action after numerous emails and calls in 1.5 months. It's deeply troubling that Martyn Gerrard continues these practices, seemingly with little regard for ethical or legal standards. Unfortunately, it appears that the only viable course of action to halt these practices and protect our rights is to consider pursuing legal measures. Edit: Message to the review managing person: It might seem more responsible to do a proper investigation first before accusing your customer's complaint being inaccurate. Based on the experience with the person I interacted with, it's consistent pattern that no evidence provided for statements or allegations. Thought it is an individual case, now look at the response from the review management team, it seems like more than a individual behaviour.
