Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

Searching for tenants
we were very pleased with the speed and efficiency of all the staff who searched for new tenants for our flat. The response was very good, we had 8 potential tenants come to viewings. We were given full information about each of them . We could not come to meet them ourselves. We relied on the agents We chose our future tenants out of the results we were sent and all the paper work has been completed very quickly and efficiently .

Really positive experience with these guys; everything felt prompt and professional, they guided us through everything, making the process very easy.
