Marsh and Parsons, Tooting - a really good experience!

I recently used the Tooting Bec branch of Marsh and Parson to sell my property and cannot speak highly enough of their Director, Angelo Mulholland. Angelo and Thomas Syms were reliable and honest in their dealings with me, they are both highly experienced agents who know the wider housing market and the local market well and understand the impact of the change in one on the other. Connor Marney, managed the on-the-ground marketing and sale of my property, an absolute star! Calm and reliable, unfailingly polite and hard working I felt really fortunate having Connor as part of my sales team. A big thank you to M&P, I have no hesitation in recommending you!

I worked with Marsh and Parsons to do a short-term lease. My agent rushed me to send over full funds (deposit and entirety of rent) immediately to secure the flat, warning me that I might not get the place otherwise, so I did. He wrote to confirm that I got the place. A month later, he said that I actually did not get the place as apparently the landlord was no longer renting it out, despite the contract and confirmation. He “generously” — that’s sarcasm — offered to refund the money. When he sent it back, it was short $1k. He refused to do anything else about it. Not only did he fail to fulfill contract obligations and screw me over that way, he also caused me financial loss for the privilege.

Divine Derbhla at Marsh & Parsons Fulham

Derbhla at Marsh & Parsons has looked after my Flat (and me) perfectly for over 3 years now. She has had to guide me through a complicated tenancy situation and always got it right. The same goes for complicated compliance regulations too. I never have to worry about things knowing she’s in charge and the team that surrounds her when needed are quick to help to.

I recently was selling an apartment…

I recently was selling an apartment that was rented for a long period of time. Unsurprisingly, there were a lot of issues that needed resolving and some unexpected complications. Abdullah was extremely helpful in dealing with these on my behalf. Given that I was selling the flat - making the possibility of longer term rental business unavailable - I must say that I was very pleased that Abdullah was so accommodating. He seemed to offer help from a genuine desire to solve problems for all parties, which really helped things move along quickly and easily, rather than from a desire to drum up more business. Highly recommended.

Property management with Marsh & Parsons

Marsh & Parsons have been managing my apartment in London for the last two years now. After the initial few property managers I was lucky to have Mr Abdullah Leghari manage my apartment. He has always gone over and beyond to help me with any situation in the apartment, particularly helpful with change of tenancies and chasing up any issues with the tenants. He is the main reason I am still with Marsh. Please keep up the good work Abdullah and thank you for every thing.

Professional Lettings & Tenancy Managers

Change of tenant was promptly and efficiently completed on two separate occasions at two different properties which I manage; both incoming and outgoing tenants as well as myself were very pleased with how smoothly the outcome turned out to be. The service M&P provide is always reassuring; all health and safety & legal requirements are followed without fail. Tenants and landlords are treated fairly. Strongly recommend this company.
