Marsh and Parsons, Tooting - a really good experience!

I recently used the Tooting Bec branch of Marsh and Parson to sell my property and cannot speak highly enough of their Director, Angelo Mulholland. Angelo and Thomas Syms were reliable and honest in their dealings with me, they are both highly experienced agents who know the wider housing market and the local market well and understand the impact of the change in one on the other. Connor Marney, managed the on-the-ground marketing and sale of my property, an absolute star! Calm and reliable, unfailingly polite and hard working I felt really fortunate having Connor as part of my sales team. A big thank you to M&P, I have no hesitation in recommending you!

I worked with Marsh and Parsons to do a short-term lease. My agent rushed me to send over full funds (deposit and entirety of rent) immediately to secure the flat, warning me that I might not get the place otherwise, so I did. He wrote to confirm that I got the place. A month later, he said that I actually did not get the place as apparently the landlord was no longer renting it out, despite the contract and confirmation. He β€œgenerously” β€” that’s sarcasm β€” offered to refund the money. When he sent it back, it was short $1k. He refused to do anything else about it. Not only did he fail to fulfill contract obligations and screw me over that way, he also caused me financial loss for the privilege.

100% happy with the service.

At M&P (Chante Dickson and the rest of the staff) made the renting process very easy. The tenant has been properly filtered as he is the perfect tenant.

This is very specific to Tassos at the Kensington Branch My experience with M&P over the last 5 years had been very challenging which turned around completely when Tassos took over management of my property - responsive, efficient, timely and a true professional who cares to do well by their clients which is unfortunately not true of everyone in this role

The garden shown for sale and then the actual garden.

I went specifically to see a flat in W3 last Saturday because of the garden. The photo in the sales details of showed green grass, a pretty 'summer house' attractive plants. What I found was scorched earth, not grass, the 'summer house' was a lean-to shed filled to the brim with rubbish, sacks of dead grass & plants. Even the paving was broken. Shocking. I sent the contrasting photos to the agent but no response. It's terrible service.

Confidence in Marsh & Parsons Restored

Having been a client of M&P for years with a dedicated property manager, I was not a fan of the new shared pool of resources model. In fact, I experienced a number of issues and contemplated leaving M&P as I was losing confidence in their ability to manage the property. Baran, one of the property managers for my flat, was able to restore my trust in M&P with the way he has been working with me. He cares about clients, is kind and considerate, knowledgeable and resourceful, I am grateful for his proactivity and support. If M&P continue with this model, I hope they staff it with people like Baran who are capable of making it work with their skills and dedication.
