They were very helpful, understanding and always willing to help. Whenever we phoned they always helped us no matter if the problem was big or small. We found them very knowledgeable and always gave us the best advice.

I had a wonderful and professional experience with both Rosina and Nicole who helped me through the whole process. They did a great job keeping me informed and keeping the lines of communication going through the process as it can be a daunting process. As a complete novice entering the world of house sales I have nothing but praise for the help, guidance and support given to me by Ian and his team. From start to finish they were always approachable, easy to contact, and swift to resolve any questions or queries. Nothing was too much trouble, and they kept me updated at all points from entering the market to completion of the sale. I had a very good experience selling our late Mum's house via Manton's estate agents. Rosina was the initial contact and came via a friend's recommendation. After the house was photographed and on the market, we dealt with Nicole until completion. They were professional and dedicated throughout the entire process. They are a smaller family business, and this comes across as you feel part of it rather than just a 'number.' They were also cheaper in terms of commission than the others we considered - this did not affect the service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would happily use them again! Thanks!
