I had a very good experience selling our late Mum's house via Manton's estate agents. Rosina was the initial contact and came via a friend's recommendation. After the house was photographed and on the market, we dealt with Nicole until completion. They were professional and dedicated throughout the entire process. They are a smaller family business, and this comes across as you feel part of it rather than just a 'number.' They were also cheaper in terms of commission than the others we considered - this did not affect the service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would happily use them again!
