They were very helpful, understanding and always willing to help. Whenever we phoned they always helped us no matter if the problem was big or small. We found them very knowledgeable and always gave us the best advice.

I had a wonderful and professional experience with both Rosina and Nicole who helped me through the whole process. They did a great job keeping me informed and keeping the lines of communication going through the process as it can be a daunting process. As a complete novice entering the world of house sales I have nothing but praise for the help, guidance and support given to me by Ian and his team. From start to finish they were always approachable, easy to contact, and swift to resolve any questions or queries. Complete nightmare company from the ower to the staff. Sales staff if you can call them that very unpleasant and rude to deal with seem to have a answer for everthing. Normally utter b.s. So glad to have called it a day with them and moved on to a more productive and professional compay.

A very good experience
I have had a generally excellent experience with Mantons. I purchased a buy-to-let property through them a year and a half ago and they have been managing the property since. We are very happy with the property they sold us and the handling of the purchase was generally very good, barring just a few occasions when correspondence took a while to be answered. That said, their management of the property since then has been very good indeed, be it finding tenants, handling repairs or getting necessary checks and certificates done. Every matter that arises has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ian Manton, the manager has been very easy to work with and his attention to the property has allowed us, as overseas landlords, to relax that the place is in good hands, which I guess is what any landlord is essentially looking for. I would definitely recommend them.
