Broken Pure Scooter screen fixed whilst i waited!

Arranged to take my broken Pure escooter up on Wed 16th July due to the screen not staying on, the guys were brilliant, they did a diagnosis and they discovered it was actually a new screen which was needed. Took them an hour whilst i waited. I had explained that i was needing it for the weekend and had drove from Nottingham to Leeds. Would defo recommend and use them again. thank you so much!!

When you come across great operational AND customer service

When I contacted them by phone, started to describe the issue with my Grandson's E Scooter ... within seconds the person completed what the issue was! Clearly, therefore, they'd experienced this issue so this gave me great confidence that they were what they said they were as opposed to a more general electronics repair business. I asked if I could bring it to their unit straight away, they were very pleased for me to do that. So within 30 minutes I was there, the issue was confirmed, I was given a solution and it's price and told it would take about 45 minutes. Despite them clearly being busy, they said they would do it whilst I waited; in the event, it was fixed and working in about 30 minutes. Their Unit is a little difficult to locate but when I rang, they told me if I had any difficulties, to just call them. As it turned out, I was actually about 500 metres away but they walked that distance so I could see him! Great customer-centric philosophy. In conclusion ... great operational capability combined with great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Man Firth without hesitation and I wish them well for the future.

I took my e-scooter in to be repaired…

I took my e-scooter in to be repaired with Manfirth after I had left it almost 3 weeks with another company, who had not sourced the problem/fault. As a business owner myself it’s paramount to keep your customer updated by answering calls and texts. All of which Manfirth did. E-scooter repaired in less than 2 days. Very impressed.

Just everything about the experience was on point. Really helpful staff, lovely founders. They really help you pick out what is suitable for you and your needs. I am in London so I wanted something to commute and that I could get places easily, but also that was lightweight. Really knowledgeable and I felt like it was a personal service rather than just buying something off Amazon and hoping for the best; because it's a big purchase for me. They kept me updated and i'm super happy - I wish I could post a photo on here haha! Thanks guys !

After sale (warranty) service

Unforfunatelly the service after sale “warranty” it as been really bad. I’ve been trying to get a hold via e-mail and the replies are almost like if they don’t care about what is happening. This is going now for almost a week,if they don’t have the skills to sell abroad,then just don’t sell but don’t leave the clients to hang dry. The positive thing was the shipping time since i bought my scooter,but again it was because the bussiness was of their interest. Cheers

Beware if you live outside of UK...

If you live in outside of UK be prepared to pay the tax duties according to your country. Even tough ManFirth says the will prepaid all tax duties. Otherwise great support from this company. Fast reply on emails. I ordered a Kugoo G Booster and got it in 2 weeks. Definitely recommending this company.

Absolutely fantastic team of people…

Absolutely fantastic team of people with some of the beat service I’ve experienced both pre and post purchase! The live chat help was brilliant in helping decide what scooter to purchase and the delivery was within 2 days which is unheard of now! Would 100% recommend and will be using them as my go to company now for all things electric.
