Just everything about the experience was on point. Really helpful staff, lovely founders. They really help you pick out what is suitable for you and your needs. I am in London so I wanted something to commute and that I could get places easily, but also that was lightweight. Really knowledgeable and I felt like it was a personal service rather than just buying something off Amazon and hoping for the best; because it's a big purchase for me.
