No Phone Signal Roaming

I have been in the USA for 5 days now, and my phone cannot get signal to even receive texts, making it difficult to do anything as I cannot receive one time passcodes. I cannot call Lyca for obvious reasons of my sim not working and there is no help on the website and customer service over email is non-existent.

I bought a new Lyca sim card with an offer. Its not working and Internet not working and the signal so bad. I called 3 times yesterday to get the problem fixed nothing has been done very disappointed. Waste of money
