A big thank you to Victor and his team for the level of services I received selling my apartment 3 years ago. It's not just selling a property, it's the after care I have received after 3 years with locating documents after a death in the family and forwarding them in super quick time to the solicitor.For buying and selling property they are professional and go the extra mile for care to the client. We are happy with the service supplied by Lupain estatate agents selling our property, We were able to leave all the details involved in selling a property to Victor, Bernado & the team, while we were in the UK. We only returned to Tererife for the fial sign over, how ever I'm assured that the sign over could have been organised in the UK if necessary

Nous sommes un couple de retraités à la recherche d’un appartement dans le sud de Tenerife, avec des critères très exigeants et la volonté de pouvoir faire de la location courte durée. Milena DAFONSECA , de l’agence Lupain, a parfaitement compris notre demande et nous a accompagné pendant plusieurs mois avec patience, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Elle nous a fait visiter plusieurs appartements avec plaisir, toujours à l’écoute, honnête et sincère. Elle connaît très bien le marché local et nous a informés des évolutions à venir concernant la location saisonnière. Elle parle parfaitement anglais, français et espagnol, ce qui a été un vrai plus. Grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé l’appartement idéal. Un grand merci à Milena, que nous recommandons vivement .M et Mme PLOT

Had a great week in this studio
Had a great week in this studio. If we were coming for a month, which we usually do to another apt. we would like a few small extras (but we are are probably too fussy. The studio had great facilities, full oven, fridge freezer, double shower,sea views. We would definitely book again.

A difficult task but felt with very well
We purchased our apartment in Christian sur 12 years ago from Lupain and it was the natural choice when I decided to sell after my husband passed away to ask Victor and the team to deal with the sale. It sold almost immediately but we had complex legal issues that took an age to resolve but Victor handled this with true professionalism and I'm sure I nearly drove him insane but he handled it all with courtesy and I'm so glad I trusted him to deal with everything for me. It wasn't easy but we got there, so many thanks again

Great people. Victor and his team are great. They helped us through all the steps in purchasing the apartment. A big plus to Chris and Bernardo for having so much patience with us. We found all the help we needed with them - even for things that were not related to buying an apartment. I will recommend this agency for any real estate transactions in Tenerife. Recently returned home after a fantastic stay at Victoria Court. The apartment was faultless, from the location to the amenities it was just brilliant! The service from Lupain was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, we were even able to extend our stay as we were having such a good time! I'd definitely recommend booking through Lupain. The process was very easy and communication was fab. Thank you and see you next year!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Lupain either as a buyer or a seller.
We originally bought our property through Lupain around 10 years ago and when it came time to sell there was only one choice as Victor and his team were courteous, professional, attentive both when we bought and equally when we sold and even found us a buyer in a matter of weeks as well as having amongst the most competitive commission rate we have come across and I would have no hesitation in recommending Lupain either as a buyer or a seller.
