A big thank you to Victor and his team for the level of services I received selling my apartment 3 years ago. It's not just selling a property, it's the after care I have received after 3 years with locating documents after a death in the family and forwarding them in super quick time to the solicitor.For buying and selling property they are professional and go the extra mile for care to the client. We are happy with the service supplied…
We are happy with the service supplied by Lupain estatate agents selling our property, We were able to leave all the details involved in selling a property to Victor, Bernado & the team, while we were in the UK. We only returned to Tererife for the fial sign over, how ever I'm assured that the sign over could have been organised in the UK if necessary

Nous sommes un couple de retraités à la recherche d’un appartement dans le sud de Tenerife, avec des critères très exigeants et la volonté de pouvoir faire de la location courte durée. Milena DAFONSECA , de l’agence Lupain, a parfaitement compris notre demande et nous a accompagné pendant plusieurs mois avec patience, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Elle nous a fait visiter plusieurs appartements avec plaisir, toujours à l’écoute, honnête et sincère. Elle connaît très bien le marché local et nous a informés des évolutions à venir concernant la location saisonnière. Elle parle parfaitement anglais, français et espagnol, ce qui a été un vrai plus. Grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé l’appartement idéal. Un grand merci à Milena, que nous recommandons vivement .M et Mme PLOT

We stayed in lovely apartment in Dinastia complex.Everything you need,all mod cons and washing machine was so useful.Apartments large balcony overlooked the pool and all areas were so well maintained. Really good sized apartment and loved it so much have booked to return next February. Thank you Ann at Lupain for all your help and assistance. looking forward to our next hols with you

On the ball and helpful
We arrived in Tenerife a few hours before check-in. We had warned this would happen, yet it came as a bit of a surprise to them. Nevertheless, we got into the apartment early without difficulty. The apartment was excellent apart from the poor wifi which they tried to help with (improved slightly by replacing a cable), but it was really a Telefonica problem beyond their control. Lupain needed access to the apartment to do an electrical safety check, and they kindly let us know a few days in advance, which was good. All in all, Lupain are on the ball, prompt at answering the phone, friendly and helpful.

A difficult job well done
I gave Victor and team my Criteria, and within 48 hours I was shown 2 apartments that matched. I chose the one I liked the best, and within 12 days, it was sorted. The process was not easy but with great support, the job was completed. Thanks to Victor for holding my hand and Bernardo for his great communication skills between all the parties.

A very nice penthouse in Palm Mar
A very nice penthouse in Palm Mar. Very well equipped and very comfortable. We loved it so much. Thank you for welcome gifts!!! Ann at Lupain is always on hand to answer questions. We would definitely book it again and recommend to others.

We have stayed in Christian Sur and Victoria Court apartments on a few occasions for holidays. Both are of a high standard and well equipped. Ann at Lupain is always on hand to answer any questions. Replies to emails promptly and is really helpful and friendly. No complaints. Will definitely use them again and again....see you again soon. Thank you for helping us make great holiday memories.
