The young lady from Ardagh could not have been more friendly or more helpful. The item I required was out of stock and she placed an order and assured me that it would arrive within a 2to 3 days , and it did. Great service ,thank you.

Ordered a size L FAI jacket online, however a ladies size 12 was incorrectly delivered. Subsequently, had to physically go to a store to exchange for the correct sizing in time for Christmas as it is a gift. Disappointing as not what was ordered and convenience of online ordering/delivery was then obsolete. Staff informed me that this happens with a mix up in sizing. Edited: Had to return jacket after Christmas as the size did not fit the person I gifted it to. On 5th January 2025, I sought a refund in store as a result but was initially refused this, as I presented the gift receipt. When I showed the original receipt in my email, from my initial purchase (as explained previously), I was informed this was not accepted as a means to receive a refund and I could only exchange the item. I was told I would need to retrieve the receipt I got when exchanging the item in store. I told the store assistant I was not in a position to return home to retrieve this and then have to commute back to a busy shopping centre, just to get the requested receipt. Having then liaised with a supervisor (in front of me), the store assistant dealing with my request was advised to proceed with a refund to me. However, to my absolute surprise, the store assistant refused to give the refund. When the supervisor asked her to issue the refund she again declined, asking the supervisor to issue it. At this point there was a queue of people waiting in line to be served and onlooking at this whole ordeal. The supervisor then told me I needed to have the receipt from home. I communicated that the supervisor just showed discretion in being able to issue the refund and would appreciate somebody doing so. Again, there was further back and forth like above, until I again asked. Eventually, and with a lot of hesitation, the store assistant quite rudely issued the refund abruptly. It was the most embarrassing, unnecessarily confrontation-like interaction I've ever experienced in any store. I am appalled!

I ordered clothes for store collection and the package was ripped on delivery and an item missing. Have tried contacting both via email and WhatsApp but nothing!!! Item was supposed to be part of Santa gift for my daughter. Christmas Eve is in 2 days!! Store unwilling to help either!!!! Very unhappy. Refund required asap!!

I purchased a pair of runners for €160 and my husband fancied a pair for €170. He asked the guy at the till to give them to him for €160 and he advised he couldn't. Surely there should be some facility to give discount 🤔 to encourage to shop. As a result he didn't buy the runners
