I ordered runners fo rmy husband as a Christmas present and received the wrong size I ordered a 7 and received a size 8. On reordering I ordered a 7 again in the same runner amd was sent a size 8 and a size 9 so no I am not happy with the service I am now going to have to give my husband the first pair of runners I ordered and tell him on Christmas morning they will need to be returned. Absolute shambles!!!!

Ordered on Sunday and guaranteed next day delivery . Understand scheduled Tuesdays which I was ok with . Order didn’t arrive until Friday and top of the tracksuit was not in the order . I got an email same day to say I had been refunded for the top. What use is a tracksuit with bottoms and no top. Plenty of time to tell me too was out of stock but no advised in day of delivery 3 days late . Very disappointing. Elaine
