Order didnt arrive. Useless customer service
Ordered a hoodie for a birthday present over a month ago and still had not arrived. Never got a dispatched email or a tracking number. Awful customer service, have sent several emails and they have ignored them. Waste of £60 spent, no help from the company what so ever as they will not even reply to emails.

Online order placed on 10th December, due for delivery 12th December. Was not despatched until 17th December, has not arrived ans the tracking comes up "not found". Have emailed customer service and no answers, so no Christmas present for my Mum

It was just a Christmas time crazy busy for ye order , probably I would think looking at it from the outside there is no Link up between the company that prints jersey's and lifestyle sports

Excellent customer service
Had enquired another sports shops for item for my son and not very helpful. As soon as I went into lifestyle shop street Galway a lovely young lad said didn't have in store but could show me styles on tablet and ordered there and then for me and goes message couple of days later to pick up. One very happy customer

I found the whole experience…
I found the whole experience irritating.....I waned to exchange a top fir a different one......but I had no receipt ..however I did have proof of purchase on my phone..I had paid by revolut. I was disappointed however I had to put up with it....sobi asked fir a bag tp put it in and j was asked gur 15cent.....now it's not the 15 cent that bothers me but the manager just walked away from me....so I followed him and asked him why he walked away from me....he said I had to wait till the queue was finished.....very poor customer service and mo initiative by the manager.....I won't be returning....
