I found the whole experience…
I found the whole experience irritating.....I waned to exchange a top fir a different one......but I had no receipt ..however I did have proof of purchase on my phone..I had paid by revolut. I was disappointed however I had to put up with it....sobi asked fir a bag tp put it in and j was asked gur 15cent.....now it's not the 15 cent that bothers me but the manager just walked away from me....so I followed him and asked him why he walked away from me....he said I had to wait till the queue was finished.....very poor customer service and mo initiative by the manager.....I won't be returning....
